Ciaran joined Greasley Electronics in January 2026, bringing with him a strong background in customer service and business administration. After completing a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business in 2020, he gained experience in various roles, including as a Customer Service Assistant at Severn Trent, developing excellent skills in customer relations and problem-solving across different industries.
At Greasley Electronics, Ciaran supports the workshop team, working closely with Stuart, our Workshop Manager, to manage daily administrative tasks efficiently. He is highly proficient with Excel, CRM systems, and sales support software, and is quick to adapt to new systems as required.
Outside of work, Ciaran has a keen interest in aviation and is actively working towards his private pilot’s licence, enjoying flying lessons whenever time allows. He is also passionate about family life, socialising with friends, and exploring new restaurants and pubs.
