At Greasley Electronics, we believe in Supporting the future of the next generation of skilled professionals in the electronics industry. That’s why we are proud to welcome Sam Morrison as our new apprentice, joining us through an apprenticeship scheme in collaboration with Stephenson College in Coalville, Leicestershire. Sam has only been with us a few weeks and is settling in nicely. At 17 we know that it’s difficult to choose you career path almost straight from school so we are glad to be able to show him what the electronics repair industry is all about. Sam starts his college ‘block release’ in February 2025 and will continue on this basis for one week per month.
A Partnership for Growth
Our partnership with Stephenson College enables us to contribute to the professional development of young people looking to build careers in engineering and electronics. Sam Morrison is a shining example of this initiative, currently completing a Level 2 Engineering course as part of his apprenticeship. Through this program, Sam is gaining a solid foundation in engineering principles alongside hands-on experience, which is essential for excelling in the fast-evolving world of electronics repair and refurbishment.
