Greasley Electronics – Minimum repair charge
Electronic repair technology and experience of the highest level allow Greasley Electronics Ltd to offer an electronic repair service second to none. Serving industries ranging from aerospace to zoology has given our technicians a truly in depth knowledge of industrial electronic control systems and their application.
We have done our best, during the Covid pandemic to keep our prices as low as possible. We therefore hope you can appreciate that with the cost of components and increasing energy prices, we too, as a business have had to look at our fees. Whilst we wish to keep our fees as competitive as possible, we need to pass on some of these increases by making an adjustment to the fees we charge out. As a result, our new minimum charge, per order, will be £100.00 + vat.
We have always prided ourselves on the standard of service we offer to our clients and are proud that we now have an excellent team of fully qualified engineers, making up the Greasley team. As Electronics Repairs Specialists, we hope this gives our customers confidence in the work we undertake for them.
We will always keep our fees as low as possible, whilst maintaining the highest levels of service quality.
Greasley Electronics always allow 20-25 working days turnaround minimum and dependent upon parts availability and all prices quoted exclude delivery and VAT will apply.
Any work quoted includes full testing of the PCB/unit down to component level. Where possible we will test on a ‘test rig’ if there is one available. However, ultimately it will be down to being fully tested on the intended unit by the customer. With circuit board repairs, software issues do exist and sometimes although we can repair your item, we cannot always resolve any issues regarding the software due to manufacturers protecting this! This only happens in a very small percentage of pcb repairs but feel this is something we must make our customers aware of!
We have a very high success rate of our repair work. The likelihood of failures is low however we do need to make you aware of this.
