Neal Courtney, Senior Electronic Engineer at Greasley Electronics

Neal Courtney has worked for Greasley Electronics for nearly 31 years alongside John, starting off as an apprentice. Neal can turn his hand to almost anything!

From a sewing machine PCB to a wind turbine or air conditioning unit, Neal’s expertise and attention to detail is second to none. When asked what the most challenging item he had ever repaired, his answer was a ‘flight simulator board’ from Taiwan! He had to re-solder the legs and the chips were costly and the boards were obsolete. However, this saved the company thousands and meant they did not have to purchase a new one! Where there’s a will there’s a way!

Neal has a HND in Electronic Engineering.

In his spare time Neal likes to turn his hand to DIY and he likes to help family renovating their homes. Neal loves everything technical and also enjoys wildlife photography, cycling and swimming in his spare time.
