A period of reflection in 2021
After getting over COVID myself towards the end of 2020 and having to close the office for 2 weeks, I didn’t know what 2021 was going to bring and how this would affect my business.
When re-opening the office in November, we found two weeks worth of controllers, medical equipment electronic devices, power supplies and touch screen repairs…the pcb repair list was endless.. waiting at the door to be booked in.
Having never had to close the office before, I didn’t really know what I was coming back to but this was good news.🙂
Due to the COVID19 pandemic, we have found a great deal of new customers coming to us because they can’t get the supply chain products and are looking for repair as an alternative, which is still the case now, 18 months on. So, a period of reflection in 2021 is a good one for us.
Once we have repaired a product for a customer, they soon realise that it is much more profitable with pcb repair and improves their sustainability, carbon footprint, and they just keep coming back. 🙏 Once repaired, in most cases, the repair will last between 5 and 8 years.
Thank you to all of my customers, old and new whether they come from Linkedin, google, networking or any other marketing channel I use. Thanks too, to my “FORE” Business networking colleagues and Sean Fergusson and Arron Busst for enabling us to ‘zoom’ when not on the golf course. It’s all helped my business, I’m certain.🏌️♂️
It means Greasley Electronics Ltd is going from strength to strength and I’m grateful for that..as are my team. 👌
