How important is being part of a team?
It’s all about Teamwork.
We came across a photo of John (the MD) yesterday!
This is him. (far left!)
It reminded him of being part of the paintball team years ago when he set up ‘Rebellion’ based in Ratby, Leicestershire, and in 2009 as a team they became British Paintball Champions! It was really hard work to keep this level of skill up and was an expensive sport. However, it taught him the following:
-
Resilience
-
Teamwork
-
Leadership
-
Communication
-
Sportsmanship
-
Communication
-
Decision Making
Being part of a team and having these skills just like his golf strategy now, it’s the same as owning an Electronics company, a learning curve daily and all of the above skills are still in force!
Providing specialised expertise and customised solutions when electronic equipment goes wrong in our working environment is also our passion. We want to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness within businesses that need our expertise.
Being a repair arm to food manufacturers, hospitals, the aerospace and shipping industries in particular allows for better quality control, tighter integration, and the ability to help you get machinery up and running quickly when it fails.
By having the expertise and capabilities of Greasley Electronics, a quick turnaround of repaired electronics is key. Warranties don’t last very long either…
We started off with pcb repair in the sewing trade and it escalated from there to many other industries.
So, how important is being part of a team?
It’s great being part of a team, and the Greasley team love being part of other people’s teams. Look at the definition of team here! Love it. All so true.
